The InnKeepers

Karan and Sarah purchased the Triangle Inn in 1993. They left their corporate lives in Washington, D.C. to find a more relaxed lifestyle and have absolutely no regrets. Karan says, “I love the chance to meets guests from around the world and to have the chance to show them all that I find so fascinating about northern New Mexico. I spent my late teens in New Mexico and it has been like returning home.” Sarah has found the Inn to be a great opportunity to continue her love for wood working, by building many of the pieces of furniture for the Inn, as well as the challenge to learn new skills from installing electrical lines to plumbing.

And they both feel that it is the attention to the details that makes the Inn so unique. Their guests return for the special ambiance in the casitas, and for the concierge service. Karan states that “the best vacations are when you get the inside details on what to do and where to eat.” Each guest is given a short introduction on the area upon arrival, with maps and brochures on things the traveler may enjoy. In addition, the menus from Karan and Sarah’s favorite restaurants are kept in the reception office.

Karan and Sarah invite visitors to the Santa Fe area to come and enjoy their property and hospitality year round.
