  The goal of the innkeepers is to ensure that The Triangle Inn will suit each individuals needs during their travel. Hence, they prefer to talk with each guest during the reservation process. But feel free to use email to make inquiries as to availability of dates, rooms, or any specials that may be offered (especially during the winter months). If you have found through the website that you would like to talk with Karan or Sarah, feel free to send an email with your dates and room choice(s), along with your phone numbers and best times to reach you. They will call you back to discuss options, answer any questions you may have on the Inn or the area and if you are ready to make a reservation, do so at that time. To make a reservation, a Visa or MasterCard is required as guarantee; the card will not be charged or encumbered in any way prior to your visit, unless a cancellation fee is incurred. Payment can be made at the Inn with Visa, MasterCard, personal or travelers check or cash. Discounts are offered for weekly stays with a buy 6 nights, get the 7th night free policy. Guests staying 2+ weeks are given an additional 10% discount. Inquiries regarding longer stays and additional consideration are welcome. In addition, New Mexico residents are given a 10% discount. The cancellation policy is that you must do so 2 weeks prior to your arrival or you will be responsible for all nights not able to be resold. The innkeepers will make every effort to resell rooms that have to be cancelled within that period. This policy applies to early departures as well. The cancellation policy for stays during the holidays, large group booking and extended stays are more stringent - details regarding those policies are provided when you make inquiries or at the time you make your reservation. Check-in is between 4 - 6 pm daily; check-out is at 12:00 noon. The Inn has a crib for infants and toddlers; a blow up bed for older children. Please check with making your reservation to ensure the room you are choosing offers enough space for the blow up bed - Casitas #2, #3, #4, #5 & #8 are best. There is no charge for children under the age of 15. Pets, especially dogs, will probably be most comfortable in rooms with private courtyards, though they are welcome in each of the rooms. Of course, any damage caused by the animals is the responsibility of the guest. Housekeeping will not be done in rooms when the pet, however calm in your presence, is at all menacing.
